Jake Kearsley

Jake established Para Bellum Solutions in 2017 after many years working in global strategy and management consulting firms, and having served for nearly 30 years in the Australian Defence Force as a full-time and subsequently part-time member. He has extensive experience across a number of sectors with deep industry and government networks developed from decades working in Defence and Space Industry.

Victoria Davies is an experienced infrastructure professional with over 12 years experience in project management, leadership and business experience. She is an infrastructure Project & Asset Management specialist with a background in Defence and Government mega projects. Her comprehensive and multi-faceted background (from client-side project management to facilities SME for the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group Project Office) provides her with well rounded industry knowledge, deep project insight and practical on-site experience.

Tho is a highly skilled IT professional and full stack developer with almost two decades of industry experience. A Computer Systems Engineer, he is proficient in a broad range of programming languages, including contemporary technologies. Tho has excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and has a demonstrated history of delivering successful projects independently and with large teams. Previously, Tho has played a key role in writing applications for clients in the private sector and the Australian Federal Government, introducing many new concepts and frameworks to modernise and future proof the online platform.
